The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is our flagship: we produce it from native varieties of Grignano, Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and Pendolino, as required by Veneto regulations.
We take care of all the phases in the production of this noble product with a great deal of craftsmanship: starting with the natural fertilization of the olive trees in winter, followed by the professional pruning of the trees, to finish in autumn with the olive harvest, which takes place exclusively by hand. The olives are cold pressed so that not only the aromas are preserved, but also the natural and biological characteristics of the olives remain intact, then bottled and ready to enjoy!
